Within 24 hours an Enternethomes agent will contact, you, the seller, with a Listing agreement and Payment instructions. Depending on the package chosen, seller reviews, signs, and returns the documents to EnternetHomes.com OR an EnternetHomes agent comes to you. EnternetHomes.com then enters sellers Listing information into the Multiple Listing Service in your area.
Seller gets their home SOLD. It's just that simple.
Builders, Investors, 3rd Party Lenders - $599.00
Basic $599.00 – plus broker/cooperating broker fee
NOTE: $599.00 due prior to entering in MLS. Broker/Cooperating broker fee due at closing.

- Property displayed in local Multiple Listing Service
- Property advertised on all participating IDX websites
- Price Reductions, Status changes and 2 misc changes to Multiple Listing Information during listing period
- Yard Signage (additional $20.00 charge for owner rider if applicable)
- Use of Supra Lockbox
- EnternetHomes.com agent delivers sign, lockbox
- 1 Social Media Advertisement during the listing period.
SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Seller provides photos on a jump drive or alternate source acceptable to EnternetHomes.com. Square footage of property must be from a previous appraisal or reliable source. (County record would not be considered a reliable source.)
• Closing statement and yard sign must be returned to EnternetHomes.com after closing. EnternetHomes.com agent will pick up Supra Lockbox .

- Negotiate Purchase Agreement with Buyer and Seller
- Prepare estimated Sellers proceeds sheet
- Coordinate inspections
